2. Description of Service
Rinksee is a platform that connects hockey players, goalies, and teams for recreational hockey games, pickup sessions, and team management. We facilitate connections but are not responsible for the actual hockey activities or interactions between users.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
- One person may not maintain more than one account
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post false or misleading information
- Spam or send unsolicited messages
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
- Use automated tools to scrape or access the service
5. Goalie SOS Feature
The Goalie SOS feature allows teams to request goalies for games. Users agree to honor commitments made through this feature. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in account restrictions.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Rinksee is a connection platform only. We are not responsible for injuries, disputes, or issues that arise from hockey activities arranged through our platform. Participants assume all risks associated with playing hockey.
7. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant us a license to display it on the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
